Philip Peters

Peters is CEO of Zagada and co-founder of CitQuants Corp. He’s the visionary and leader behind this initiative to transform data (atomic assets) into real wealth. Operationally he’s a quantitatively driven research analyst and tech business developer.

 

He’s adept at building quantitative location markets and talent markets models for clients and partners. He’s served 60 Fortune 500 clients by executing corporate expansion pricing benchmarks across sixty countries and four hundred cities globally over the last two decades.

Through Zagada Labs and CitiQuants he’s now focused on building out a full-stack decentralised sovereign  capital market for trading cities and states through the PEV Protocol and SEATs token as a new capital mechanism. Peters was formally an FX derivative trader in Chicago markets and later managed offshore markets for Dow Jones Telerate.
